Komlev leaves position of National Payment Card System CEO

MOSCOW, Dec 18 (PRIME) -- CEO of Russia’s National Payment Card System (NPCS) Vladimir Komlev will leave his position from January 1, 2024, the company said in a statement on Monday.

Komlev has headed the company since its start in 2014.
